Flintlock Ltd. Co is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Designer to lead our firm’s multi-disciplinary projects with confidence and precision, from concept to completion. The right candidate is an experienced design professional (architect, landscape architect, civil engineer, interior designer, etc) with a sharp eye for design, a strong grasp of technical detailing, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in problem-solving, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in built environment design, project coordination, and team leadership, ensuring projects meet design intent, budget, and schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards. Licensure in your design specialty is preferred but not required. This position is fully in-person at our office and other various properties around downtown Fayetteville.

Co is seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Designer to support our firm’s multi-disciplinary projects with creativity and precision, from early concept to implementation. The right candidate is an emerging design professional (architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, interior design, etc.) who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow professionally.
You should be excited to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and comfortable working across a range of design challenges—from concept development and drafting to research and construction observation. You’ll work closely with senior staff to develop your technical, creative, and communication skills while being cross-trained across all design and development disciplines practiced in our office. Licensure in your design specialty is not required; however, a willingness to pursue professional development across all design disciplines is key. This position is fully in-person at our office and various properties around downtown Fayetteville.

We specialize in traditional neighborhood development (TND), small-scale infill, and greenfield neighborhood projects that balance economic resilience with design excellence. From Northwest Arkansas to national partnerships, our work bridges architecture, landscape, engineering, and policy to deliver thoughtful, enduring communities.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with land development experience to expand our full-service offerings and strengthen our neighborhood design practice. This role will be central to shaping and delivering both infill and greenfield TND projects, integrating engineering with design and development goals. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working on small, intricate urban infill sites as well as larger master-planned neighborhood projects.
This position is ideally in office in the historic district with us at 512 N Mission Blvd, Fayetteville AR. For the right candidate, a partially or fully remote position could be negotiated.
